We provide a Dealer Locator Tool to assist you in finding dealers where you can use the Capital One Blank Check. In addition to franchised dealers listed in the Dealer Locator Tool, you can use the Capital One Blank Check at most CarMax stores and dealers affiliated with a major car rental agency, including Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Payless and Thrifty. You may not use a Capital One Blank Check to purchase a vehicle from an independent used car dealer, auto broker or another individual (e.g., private party seller).
